THE RULES OF WORLD COMMAND
Read them once; by accepting them you agree to keep them in every room, chat and call.

1. Respect. Treat every player and the staff with respect. No insults, threats, hate, racism or harassment, in any language, in text or in voice.
2. War is in the game, not in the chat. Attacking, betraying and conquering other nations is part of the game; insulting the player behind the nation is not.
3. The right channel. Write in the channel of the language you use. The channels of a topic (help, trade, diplomacy, off-topic) are for that topic.
4. No spam. No flooding, no repeated messages, no long rows of letters, no advertising of other games, servers or sites, no links to dangerous pages.
5. Private messages and invitations only to those who want them. Stop when someone asks you to stop.
6. Voice chat. Use headphones if you can, close your microphone when you are not talking, no music, noise or shouting, and never record others without their permission.
7. Fair play. No cheating, no programs that play for you, no use of bugs. Found a bug? Report it with a ticket; using it on purpose is cheating.
8. One account for each person. Do not share your account, do not use several accounts to help yourself in a room, and never give your password to anyone - the staff never ask for it.
9. Names. Names of accounts, rooms and alliances must not be insulting, obscene or pretend to be the staff.
10. Rooms. Do not join rooms only to ruin the game of others. Leaving a game is allowed; destroying it on purpose is not.
11. The staff. Do not pretend to be a member of the staff. Follow the decisions of the moderators and admins; if you think a decision was wrong, write a ticket calmly instead of arguing in the chat.
12. Tickets. Write tickets honestly and in a few clear words; false reports are against the rules.
13. Personal data. Do not share your own or anyone else's address, phone number or other private data.
14. No links. Do not share links or web addresses in the chats, the private messages, the voice chat or the names. The server stops messages with a link. To show the staff something, write a ticket; only the staff may share links.

What happens when the rules are broken: a warning, a mute in the chats and the voice chat, being thrown out of the server, or a ban of the account. How long a mute or a ban lasts is decided by the staff, depending on what happened.
The rules can change. When they change, the game shows them again and asks you to accept them again.
